In the beginning of March, the Jericho Circle community reached a significant milestone: our Board of Directors held its first-ever Board development retreat!
This moment represents more than just a weekend gathering—it’s a powerful marker of growth and transformation for our 23-year-old organization. Over the past year, Jericho Circle has undergone an exciting period of expansion. Our Board has tripled in size, and we've launched innovative initiatives and established new committees to support our evolving programs and deepen our impact.
The retreat was an inspiring and strategic weekend filled with meaningful conversation, intentional planning, and renewed purpose. As a result, we left with clear plans in place, energized by a shared vision and a strengthened organizational structure. The weekend affirmed what makes Jericho Circle so special: a committed core of volunteers, a strong culture of collaboration, and Board members who uplift and support one another.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to John Broucek, who expertly managed the logistics of the retreat, and to Aaron Burris, who prepared and led the workshop sessions with insight and care. Your leadership helped shape a truly transformative weekend.
As we move forward with our renewed energy and direction, we invite you to follow along. Stay tuned for updates on our programs, Board initiatives, and the powerful impact of healing circles across the Northeast.
Together, we’re building something meaningful—and we’re just getting started.
